| Comments: Inspired by G-Force's comment under the Tempest discussion thread. If the basic idea is mahjong tiles, then the character most certainly has to be Asian. I happened to be visiting Macau for my last trip, and the place (not really literally a country anymore) fits perfectly for this character. While the casino industry has boosted Macau's economy, in another way it also ruins its future as teens and college students started to drop their education pursue to become dealers.
